I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are looking to better understand themselves and find relief from the challenges they’re facing.


Many of my clients come to therapy seeking help for OCD, and have struggled to find treatment that truly fits their needs. I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)


In addition to OCD, I support individuals navigating anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and depression. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence so you can move through life with more clarity and peace.
